Title: How does "match cancelled" occur?

Sometimes after I put  a table down and someone has sat down but before the actual game starts it says "match cancelled". How does that occur?

Thanks for asking Darryn!

A match is cancelled if one of the players was not ready to start within 45 seconds. The "ready" signal is sent by your browser from the game page after everything loaded fine.

If you see "Match cancelled", the most likely explanation is that your opponent never reached the game page, either because he closed the window before or he had connexion issues. It may also be your system that was too slow to load the game page within 45 seconds. In any case, it was impossible to start the game properly within 45 seconds and the only option we had was to cancel the game.

I hope this answers your question. Feel free to ask any other question! Just start another thread if the subject is different!
