[Ticket to ride] Great game for family

This is an example post about a game called Ticket to ride (that I personally recommend strongly for families).

I have the Original and the India expansion.  It's a great family game.  Simple to learn, easy to learn strategy.  Great game around the holidays.

The Original USA is best with the expansion and the inclusion of bigger cards is a plus.

Haplo:
I agree...much better with bigger cards. And after you get America, get Europe, because you need the train stations! Without them, 5 player games turn from fun to frustrating and can even generate unpleasant feelings and animosity. ALWAYS use train stations when playing with the max number of players for a given map!
